Note:
User registration is not available directly in the App.
All user accounts are created and managed by administrators via the main ShrachiCRM system.
Users (salespersons/employees) can only log in using credentials provided by the administrator.

b. Location Information

We collect location data only at the time of check-in and check-out to verify field visits and business activities.

The application does not continuously track location in the background and does not store route history or live movement data.

Location access is used strictly for operational verification purposes.

 

c. Camera & Media Access

We request camera and gallery permissions to:

• Capture images directly from the camera
• Upload images from the gallery (e.g., visit proof, documents)

Images are used only within the App’s business features.

d. Storage Access

Storage permission is required to:

• Save captured images
• Upload files related to official activities

We do not access unrelated files or personal media.

e. Device & Usage Information

We may collect limited technical information such as:

• Device model and OS version
• App usage logs
• Date and time of access

This helps us improve performance and ensure security.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

• Enable core App functionality
• Verify field visit check-in and check-out actions
• Manage user access and permissions
• Improve App performance and reliability

We do not use data for marketing or advertising purposes.

3. Location Usage & Background Services

ShrachiCRM does not perform continuous location tracking.

Location access is used only when a user performs a check-in or check-out action for official field activity verification.

The App does not track employee location in real time.
The App does not store route history.
The App does not monitor movement in the background.

Location permission is requested solely to capture the user's location at the moment of check-in or check-out.

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is securely stored on protected servers or trusted cloud infrastructure
• We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards
• Access to data is restricted to authorized personnel only

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Data may be shared only:
